Sprouts All NEW Weekly Deals – Starts Wed. HUGE Buy 1, Get 1 FREE Sale This Week, Blueberries $1.66 + Much More for Less!
Sprouts has a free phone app that features many mobile coupons, and occasionally some FREE items! The app is super easy to use; you click the deals you want before you checkout, then just scan the barcode yourself at the register.
All my deals are plant-based, spanning the range from WFPB (no oil and no sugar) to everything vegan. All are welcome! ♥
My “buy now” price is $1/lb. for most fruits and vegetables. Berries are an exception at $3/lb. Buying “in season” will help you attain these price goals.

These prices are advertised in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento Areas. Some prices are regional, please check your flyers in other areas.
Frugal Tip: Rainchecks never expire at Sprouts, so don’t hesitate to ask for one if they are out of something you wanted!
Note on photos: Some may be illustrative of a product, but not the actual product. For example, I may use a general photo of apples I took to report on a sale on apples.
When using coupons: We are generally allowed to use ONE manufacturer coupon per item. This can be stacked with a rebate like Ibotta (unless stated otherwise, Checkout 51 rebates can’t combine.) I may list more than one manufacturer coupon, but that is only to share all available coupons. Also, using a coupon for a “FREE” item in a sale (like a BOGO) is usually not permitted, but you can check with the store’s manager. At my Sprouts, their app coupons are treated the same as a manufacturer’s coupon (can only use one or the other per item). Your store policies may differ, you can always check with the store’s manager as they set the coupon policies for their stores.
