Privacy Practices Overview:
Note: I employ methods on my site that collect data, I do not sell any data. The term “collect” is synonymous with “sell” by entities that are creating privacy practices and requirements.
I want you to know that I take your privacy very seriously here at The Penny Pantry. I do not directly store, sell or collect any personally identifiable information from my readers. Rather, I employ a couple of techniques that gather general information to improve your experience here and also to provide affiliate income.
Info. I obtain and how it is collected:
I use 3rd-party data analysis like Google Analytics to analyze and optimize your content and reading experience through the use of cookies. You can turn off the use of cookies at any time by changing your specific browser settings. The info. I am able to see is general in scope such as: country where you are located, pages looked at, etc. I do not know who the user is, their e-mail, etc. For example, I may notice that recipes are getting a lot of views, so I would then want to share more recipes with you in the future.

For California Residents: Effective 1/01/2020, a new law called “CA Consumer Privacy Act” (CCPA) went into effect which essentially gives you greater control of how your personal info. is used. You can learn more about your new rights in the state of CA HERE.
Conclusion:
I consider any info. collected on my site to be private. You can be assured I will never sell any info. I view. I would only maintain e-mail lists if I were to offer a newsletter in the future, and this would be disclosed to you.
