$.63 Larabars and $.24 So Delicious Milk!
Tomorrow starts a new week of deals at Sprouts! Wednesdays are also “Double Ad Day”, which means you can still get the deals from last week’s ad AND the new deals from this week. I do not know any other store that does this, and it makes it easy to do two weeks of deals on 1 day. When I get my flyers, I go through and determine which items meet The Penny Pantry criteria.
My goal is to shop for the ALL TIME lowest price items that I want to buy. These are not just the best deals in my region for that week, these are the deals that I have observed patterns for during the last 20 years. I will have a detailed post under “My System” later. You can be confident that the deals I post are the ones that will save you the most on your monthly grocery expenses, over the long term. This strategy of shopping reduced my monthly grocery bill by 90%. It also keeps my pantry well stocked, and we eat delicious and nutritious plant based meals. Win win!
Note these prices are for my area in Northern California, in the San Francisco Bay Area. Some produce items will be regional. You can go Here and look up the flyer for your store to verify your deals. Not sure if something in your regional ad is a good deal? Ask me in the comments section, I am happy to help! 🙂
